Who to contact
Kynix Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, No. 11/1/C, Kandy Road, BOI Junction, Pallekele, Kandy, Sri Lanka. For privacy questions, email email@kynixtechnologies.com or call +94 81 423 2820.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number or email, required service and a description of your requirements. Business and location are optional. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry and arrange the next steps you request.
Enquiry delivery and protection
When online delivery is enabled, your enquiry is passed to the hosting provider’s mail service and our business inbox. The form tells you if it cannot accept your enquiry. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services; processing may take place outside Sri Lanka.
Technical information such as request times and network addresses may be processed for security and abuse prevention. The enquiry application uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests; hosting providers may maintain their own access logs. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive records through the form.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed and how visitors use the website. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about your browser, device and interactions. Google processes this information and may process it outside Sri Lanka. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy. An essential session cookie and short-lived form token help protect the enquiry endpoint. The cookie expires when your browser session ends; server session expiry follows the hosting configuration.
Telephone, email and external links
Calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp uses your selected app or service. WhatsApp and linked external websites operate under their own privacy policies. Opening a link does not automatically mean that an enquiry has been sent.
Retention and your requests
We use enquiry correspondence for the purpose of responding and managing the related business discussion. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or about the retention arrangements that apply to your enquiry. Some records may need to be retained for the resulting business relationship or applicable obligations.
